Delivery Data
We have and continue to improve our database of delivery instructions across our entire buyer network. This helps ensure deliveries are done right the first time for every supplier.
Training
Beverage alcohol is not general freight. Our drivers, dispatch, and customer service teams are trained and equipped to service this unique industry.
Frequency
We service all retail channel locations in Ontario at least once per week and on-premise between 1–4 times weekly based on geography.

Owned and dedicated fleet
95%+ of our deliveries are completed on FIL trucks by FIL employee drivers, or by fully dedicated contractors on FIL technology. Deliveries in the Far North are fully traceable on MyFIL.
